·         Within 3 weeks of hire, was promoted to Director of the entire Billing Department for Texas Fueling Services (TFS) which included the fuel, fracs, sand, lubes and tanks accounts and quickly grew my team from 3 to 8 billing experts.

·         Work closely with our Dispatch and Operations department to maintain standards of paperwork according to customer requirements.

·         Ensure accurate billing within a 72-hour timeframe, from receipt of field paperwork to invoices being sent to the client.

·         Implemented a more streamlined billing process that helped increase company revenue by 300% over a three-month period. Within a year, the company increased growth by 500%.

·         Maintain and run reports for all customer activity in QuickBooks to ensure precise accounting for bank and tax reconciliations. This includes Open Sales Orders, Open Invoices as well as paid and delinquent invoices.

·         Proficient in QuickBooks, OpenInvoice and Salesforce. I partnered with Growth Smart to implement SalesForce and am the Admin contact for all our salespeople with the SalesForce program.

Extracurricular

I enjoy building custom trucks, jeeps and cars at our shop, Offset Kustoms. I am heavily

involved in charity work for our military veterans and local police departments. I also enjoy racing cars and showing Show Jumping horses.
