Virtual Support Assistants are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to customers using Chat, Text, Email, Fax, and Telephone. You will also track orders, process payments, and provide information about products and services.
We prefer applicants with prior experience working from home or those who have an established, quiet work space in their homes. Virtual Support Assistants work independently and communicate with team via chat and video.
Duties:·Coordinates with customers regarding their orders, product specs and delivery dates. · Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies solutions · Attends (daily, Mon-Fri) virtual meetings using either conference calling or video chat · Will be answering phones or doing order fulfillment as well as serving as a support assistant for other representatives. Phone calls will be customers and some providers looking for product information, assistance navigating the website or the order form. This position will also take order information and billing information over the phone.
