$18 to $21/hour full and part time, 50 openings, remote work at home.

National Legal Center is in immediate need of remote home based Call Center Reps to assist customers who are calling on our hotline to share their stories related to class action cases. Most clients are responding to national TV and radio ads, magazine and newspaper notices, and email messages. 

You will obtain the caller’s information, create a summary of their case/story, input their contact information and send them a packet of information. No experience is required however good data entry skills and customer service skills are a must. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answers incoming calls and makes any necessary follow up outbound calls.
• Knowledgeable in the basic use of Microsoft Office, Google, Google Docs, and email/email attachments. 
• Must live within 20 miles of a post office, FedEx or UPS.
• Researches and resolves customer issues.
• Processes and fills out multiple types of electronic forms.
• Performs data entry.
• Documents phone calls and actions in the database.
• Receives and processes account update requests from inbound phone calls.
• Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly and efficiently for customers on the phone.
• Meets or exceeds productivity standards.
• Completes daily task in compliance with established policies and procedures.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED

High school graduate at minimum. Ability to use basic office systems and equipment, such as a computer, telephone headset, and Microsoft software. Passage of a standardized test, indicating rudimentary skills in data entry, writing, and language skills. 

Call Center Representative I  – no previous Call Center experience required, starting salary $18/hr

Call Center Representative II – previous experience as a telephone customer support agent, $21/hr

Senior Call Center Representative – – After one year of service you can be promoted to Senior Rep with a salary of $25/hr
