I then was tasked in setting up the subprime lending departments Credit Acceptance program in the F&I department while also providing support to the comptroller in titles, warranties, and rebate recovery.

Over the years, I continued to advance my skills as a programmer, producer and on air talent. I wore many hats and attained skills that lead to promotions to Music Director, Programmer, Producer, and Operations Manager. I ended my career in broadcasting as the Station Manager over-seeing the AM News Talk Station and the FM Modern Music Alternative Station. I left my radio career with AGM to allow my husband to pursue his career.

THE INTRODUCTION TO MY INSURANCE CAREER 1991 · I began my career with a State Farm Agent in San Diego California who required me to learn how to manually rate a risk by the book before I could ever use a computer rating system. The mentoring and knowledge he provided me helped create and mold the foundation of ethics, morals and values I live by today. In 1992, I moved to Colorado and worked as an insurance producer in a few different agency offices until accepting a full-time opportunity in broadcasting.
