As an Online Verification Agent, you will listen to recordings of sales calls to determine if the sale is valid or if there is evidence of sales fraud or undue customer confusion. These are 6 month contract positions which are paid by the number of recordings reviewed. You work from your home using your computer and Internet access.
We provide you with the necessary online training, hardware and software but you will need access to high speed internet, a home computer, a mobile cell phone, a fax service and google docs.
Minimum requirements include: You must be conscientious, accurate and detail-oriented, able to follow instructions and be computer literate. Your English skills should be good to excellent, no exceptions.
We only hire U.S. based agents. Work Requirements 18 years or older. Successful background and credit check may be required and contingent on job.
