Immediate opening for Administrative Training Coordinators. For these roles, selected personnel will work Monday – Thursday, 8 hours per day, then a combination of 8 hours over the next 3 days. We are looking to hire 5 remote workers per region. $15/hr, must be able to work from home with modern computer, high speed internet and access to necessary software.
Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities shall be to coordinate the training administration flow to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects including, but not limited to the following activities:
Develop and maintain internal training materiasl for associates
Coordinate and manage the vendor contracts and act as customer service associate for vendors
Secures and manages training locations, makes reservations, handles travel arrangements including event space and lodging, ensuring training room is of sufficient size to accommodate the number of registered participants, create and distribute event training materials, and organizing food and catering if necessary
Create written communication materials to support training – invitations, announcements, etc.
Support administrative functions of training program and staff, as needed. This includes but is not limited to: correspondence with training participants and managers, data entry, scheduling etc.
Track and coordination enrollments
Provide support for all reports, this will include the tracking and reporting of training data, Create Power Point Presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
Record and code all the vendor invoices for payment. This includes, ensuring that purchase orders are created for all training programs. Also log all expenses in the Budget excel spreadsheet for tracking purposes; Consolidate all participant evaluations into a summary document
Create monthly training materials
Provide administrative support such as updating training materials, and updating information in the Talent Management System so that all employees have pictures in the system
Qualifications:
Experience in administration, coordination or related role
Intermediate – Advanced MS Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Google Drive and Google Docs preferred
We will require a list of your home office equipment including software.
