Duties: We are searching for full-time, independent contractors to work from their home office. $45,000 annual salary. The Interviewer will specialize in assessing and pre-qualifying candidates for active positions and ensuring they meet the requisite skill set and competencies required by our clients.
Your Required Skills & Experience: You have three or more years experience as a customer service rep or working as a recruiter or in the staffing industry.
Work will include reading and asking scripted questions and recording the answers in written format. We are looking for obsessive “note takers” who can help us pre-screen candidates and select the best to move on to the next level. You will conduct professional interviews by telephone, uninterrupted, to candidates in different time zones.
YOU MUST have a fully networked home office with high-speed internet access and land line phone and installed software (or be willing to obtain necessary equipment). We reimburse monthly phone fees.
