Data Entry Agents will perform basic data entry services as it relates to keying in data for COVID-19 tests sites for each state. We are hiring multiple agents to represent states throughout the USA while working from home as a remote virtual assistant.
We are offering $23 per hour, part time – 30 hours per week. Set your own hours but you must be able to submit data by tight daily deadlines.
DUTIES
Extract appropriate data from case investigation and contact tracing forms/data bases and enter data in spreadsheets and other electronic platforms.
Review electronic case investigation files and contact tracing database to extract certain data points.
Enter data in spreadsheets and other electronic platforms.
Work as part of a remote team to assure consistency in COVID 19 data analysis and to identify opportunities for quality improvement in data analysis.
Maintains strict confidentiality, adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
Maintain daily communication with supervisor on activities and tasks.
Presents a courteous and helpful demeanor.
- High School diploma required.
- A track record of excellent communication, customer service, computer, and strong attention to detail skills is required, including the ability to interact professionally and with culturally diverse individuals.
- Skilled in using analytical software such as Excel.
- Ability to relate to diverse populations.
- Must have a quiet and professional home office.
- Must have access to quality internet, unlimited data, a newer computer, printer, fax machine, and the MS Office Suite.
- The ability to work flexible hours.
