Job Description

8 openings, part time. $17.25/hr. Set schedule – choose from day, evening or weekend shifts. These positions will resolve customer service requests using modern contact center technology and customer experience strategy. Use live-chat, social media, email, knowledge base, forum, and phones to improve customer satisfaction.

Online Assistants are responsible for the following tasks:
  • Consistently service customers, providing efficient resolutions
  • Use problem solving ability to resolve technical/mechanical issues
  • Expand your product and service knowledge daily
  • Professionally build and support existing client relationships
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction to managerial team
  • Utilize systems and technology to resolve initial interactions
We are looking for Assistants who have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have the ability to learn customer service software applications
  • Must be proficient with basic PC skills and software including Office/Excel, Google Docs, Dropbox, Messenger and SKYPE
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment from your home office
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Must be able to begin working AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
