We need 4 Virtual Assistants, full time, $36,500 and up, depending on your experience. We are looking for assistants who can work full time on a set schedule (Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm) in the Eastern Time Zone (or be willing to work during EST office hours). Full benefits are offered.
We are a community marketplace for the nation’s leading attorneys. Our service connects legal professionals with high-quality experts that can provide case-winning testimony in more than 10,000 specialty areas. The work will involve supporting our expert witness program by helping to connect attorneys with the experts they need to win the case.
Legal experience is NOT required but you should::
- Be a problem solver, motivated to find ways to find an exact match
- Be an Effective Communicator: You exhibit professionalism when communicating verbally and in writing.
- Be Trustworthy: You are discrete with sensitive company and personal information and maintain the required level of confidentiality.
- Have excellent administrative skills to include the ability to create Excel spreadsheets, letter forms, reports, and more using the MS Office Suite
What you will do . . .
– Own the responsibility of locating and contacting experts in our directory and connecting them with an attorney
– By using sound judgment to map out the day-to-day “itinerary” of meetings and court dates
– Represent our organization via verbal and written communications – responding to emails, drafting follow-up correspondence, etc
– Assist with pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-ups
– Assist with the creation of documents and presentations – drafting, editing, reviewing Docs, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
– Update database with new clients, attorneys, experts and make changes and corrections to data such as addresses, contact info and case participation
– Manage ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
– Manage travel schedule, including booking flights, hotels, etc. for the expert witness who are traveling to give testimony
You have experience with…
– Providing administrative support to an executive, or small business owner
– Calendar / Schedule management
– Drafting business emails and correspondence
– Proficiency with MS Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Location: Work from a remote/at-home office location. However, must be available during east coast business hours.
