We have an immediate opening for a self-motivated Social Media Assistant for long term, part time employment.

We are looking for a talented Social media Virtual Assistant to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to make daily posts, respond to comments, manage comments, and monitor posts across all social media channels.

As a Social media Assistant, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

EMAIL MARKETING

You will create e-newsletters and other updates. Design layout, Content writing, Image gathering, import new data, send at set intervals via our platform (you will be trained via virtual class to use our system)

You will also create content calendar and make recommendations on future campaigns, manage google and Yelp promotions.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Create & Schedule Instagram and Facebook Posts: about 40 monthly posts which includes photo curation, caption writing, hashtag research and implementation

You will also oversee, set up, and manage other social media accounts layout, posts and cohesiveness to brand including Pinterest.

WEBSITE

Create & Schedule weekly blog post for our website paying close attention to content, keywords, backlinks, seo. You will also update product information and perform data entry as needed.

SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be able to use: Photoshop, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Yelp, Twitter, Grammarly, TikTok, SnapChat, Google Analytics

This person must understand the process of setting and meeting benchmarks to reach goals.

This is an independent contract position (1099). We estimate based on prior work that you can expect to spend 25-34 hours per week on our projects. We expect that you will attend weekly virtual strategy meetings.
