We’re hiring again! This time we are looking for a few good virtual assistants to work with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
We are a health supplement company. In spite of the crisis, we’re thriving, and in fact growing, because of the products and services we sell. We’re looking for 3 virtual assistants who are passionate about health and wellness and enjoy working on social media.
100% Remote (virtual team of 100+ with no corporate office)

Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (preferably Eastern time but flexible for right candidate)
Description of role: Entry-level position with the tasks of moderating and managing social presences. Includes content generation, content posting, and response moderation. You must be able to act as the face and voice of our business and infuse our tone throughout social media platforms. You will interact daily with our social media communities and respond to their comments promptly.
What you’ll do
- Engage across social media platforms to share health brand messaging and connect with target audience authentically.
- Plan editorial calendars for platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and whatever platform is coming up next to capitalize on trends and relevant moments to extend the life of social content.
- Monitor industry trends, best practices, and happenings in the social media space as related to health and share key learnings.
- Participate in social-storytelling by becoming a quick adapter of new features and capabilities on social media and integrating them into ongoing and upcoming editorial calendar and executions.
- Provide reports that incorporate qualitative and quantitative observations that use social metrics and data to support community-derived insights with regards to health and supplements.
- Showcase social media influencers and establish relationships with them.

What you’ll need
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in the advertising, social media, communications, or public relations field.
Experience
- Demonstrated content-creation skills
- Experience in managing a brand’s social channels and online communities
- Some exposure to social media publishing
Environment
- This role can be filled remotely.
- You may join team meetings to discuss projects, branding, and messaging.
