$15/hr, 5 immediate openings, temporary opportunities due to Covid-19 lasting 9-12 months depending on need.
Our team is working remotely and all training will be conducted virtually online.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in customer phone and live chat discussion by providing product and service information, answering questions, discussing product options, and order entry.
- Delight customers by making every interaction an unforgettable experience, whether it’s through emails or chats.
- Provide timely, accurate and efficient service to our customers via Live Chat.
- You will start in Email through training for your first 30 days
- Assist customers with products and service requests.
- Provide resolution and timely follow-up with customers.
- Document and update customer databases, including order details, warranty registrations, complaints, resolutions and billing and shipping information.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- You’re a great listener and communicator.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free work-space when working remotely
- Well organized with an attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with learning new technologies.
- Ability to work a flexible 5-day full-time schedule.
Experience:
- Experience in Customer Service or a call center environment preferred.
