We’re looking for talented content writers to work full time to help us produce content on topics ranging from home decor and furnishings to gardening and real estate. Daily work hours are flexible, and compensation is $500-$800 per week. Subject-matter expertise is encouraged but not required, as long as you like to learn.

The position includes conducting real estate industry research, writing blog posts and educational guides, moderating Q&A forums, developing social media content, and more. Research real estate statistics and create unique posts and create focused blogs for websites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English or other relevant fields preferred but equivalent experience is also considered
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to produce entertaining, easy-reading content
• Excellent research skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability & motivation to work full time and occasionally overtime up to 60 hours a week during peak seasons
• Real estate experience is preferred, not required
• Ability to write well about topics of interest to homeowners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication skills
• Plan, develop, and draft concepts for the Web and social media
• Formulate ideas that are creative, innovative, and relevant
• Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English
• Past experience in blogging helpful

Compensation
