This is a very special role for a motivated self-starter to work alongside talented social media, TikTok, Instagram and Youtube influencers.

We are hiring two remote based Personal Assistants. You will be expected to communicate effectively with very important partners and key stakeholders as you seamlessly organize meeting schedules, travel plans, interviews, appearances and other important initiatives. Your professionalism, discretion, and high standard of work will be integral to your success in this exciting, high-level support role.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in executive support preferred
• Extensive background in travel and calendar management
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude
• Exceptional technical skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Strategic and thoughtful problem-solving skills; ability to track varying deadlines
• Home office with Internet, mobile phone, chat, Skype and access to various TV streaming networks including Netflix

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage communications and correspondence (voicemail, email, text, chat) and responding as needed
• Assisting with the coordination of projects
• Planning special events and appearances 
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets
• Assist with social media promotions and manage social media accounts
• Coordinate travel reservations to include air, hotel, and car
• Manage calendars, including scheduling/arranging meetings, sending invitations and reminders, interviews, appearances, photo shoots, video live streams, etc.
• Assist with personal errands such as ordering products, buying and mailing gifts, and managing home services such maintenance workers and housekeepers
• Other tasks, as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Helpful, Not Required:

• PR/Marketing
• Previous experience with social media influencers and platforms
