Seeking remote Travel Advisors to work from home with our private travel service. We specialize in booking large corporate and group trips including airfare, cruises, car rentals, hotels, resorts, tour packages, vacation packages and excursions.
You will work from your home computer and phone line to act as a middleman between our customers and our providers such as hotels, airlines, etc. You will assist in the arrangements for large groups that can consist of 50 or more people.
You must be comfortable working with a variety of groups including business travelers, seniors, brides and grooms for bridal and bachelor parties, family members for reunions, school and college groups, musicians, and members of the LGBTQ community.
Salary is $16 per hour and includes 3 weeks of online training with our system. You must have a newer laptop and dependable internet access. You must be willing to work M-F shifts during business hours.
Job Requirements
- Have some customer service experience
- Be able to make appointments to speak with customers and return phone calls
- Be flexible in meeting with organizations or company owner to book or finalize travel plans
- Able to work from home and have a fully equipped home office
- Be interested in worldwide travel
- Must have a VOT profile and Virtual Assistant Website for our review
