Top contractor providing support to hundreds of the U.S. based firms is hiring contract support agents to work from home. Contracts are offered on a 90 day probationary period at $15/hour. After 90 days, with successful performance, you will be offered a full time 6 month contract at the rate of $22.50 per hour. Contracts may be renewed at our discretion. 

Job Description:

– Assist clients through chat, inbound phone calls and email correspondence

– Customer service-oriented position

– Make updates to existing blogs for clients

– Use online database of answers to help clients

– Help clients solve problems with their blogs

– Work 7-hour days — get paid for 8 hours!

Qualifications:

– Prefer virtual assistants with customer service experience

– Experience with data entry and internet research

– Be able to complete 90 day training program at $15.hour

– Must be comfortable assisting with WordPress websites and blogs (training will be provided)

– WordPress experience helpful, not required

– Must have good customer service skills and a friendly, professional phone manner

– 2 years of customer service experience required
