Full and part time opportunities, set your own hours. $18 per hour plus $100 bonus for each appointment booking.
DUTIES: take inbound inquiries from customers interested in renting or buying a home. These inquiries are through social media, calls, and text messages to our portal. The scheduling assistant position consists of:
- Handling questions or comments on Facebook and through Facebook messenger
- Posting sales posts on our websites, business pages, marketplace, and various social media groups
- Communicating to prospective customer on location, rent/sales price, financing options, and booking them for an appointment
- Communicating to sales rep about the appointment via outlook calendar appointment
- Cold calling list of no shows and previous qualified applicants to book them for an appointment. $100 bonus given for each appointment booked
Work from home or any location. Laptop and iPhone will be provided. Work full or part time. Bonus salary given for booked appointments.
