Job Description
We have three locations: California, Chicago and New York and are looking for virtual office assistants to work from home in each of these time zones.
Full time, 40 hours per week, full benefits, 8:30am-5:30pm shift.
Duties:
• Handling office tasks from your remote office, such as filing, generating reports and presentations and reordering supplies.
• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
• Screening voicemail and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes via SKYPE, create presentations, and conduct internet research.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree in related field.
• Prior administrative experience.
• Excellent computer skills in all areas of Microsoft Office 365 or similar software such as Google Docs.
• Attention to detail.
• Desire to work remotely
