Responsibilities:

Your primary mission will be to work the front lines of customer service and leave a positive impression with current and prospective clients.  You will perform a variety of customer service and administrative functions including reviewing and recommending coverage, generating quotes, binding and changing policies, collecting payments and documentation, providing requested documentation, generating interest in our products, and assisting the sales producers, all while keeping accurate and thorough records of your activity.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• A willingness to obtain insurance licenses. 
• A desire for a long-term career in insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• One year customer service experience in an office setting.
• Previously employed for one or more years with at least one employer.

Nice to have:

• Insurance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
• Experience working in an insurance agency.
• Auto, Home and Commercial insurance experience.
• Insurance licenses (most helpful are Property and Casualty).
